GPAA Summer School in Dance & Musical Theatre 2025 - Terms & Conditions

1. General Information

The GPAA Summer School in Dance & Musical Theatre 2025 ("the Course") will be held from Monday 4th August to Friday 8th August 2025 at The Dang Studios, 159-163 Goswell Road, London EC1V 7AH. The Course is open to participants aged 10 to 19 years.

2. Fees & Payment

- The total fee for the Course is £495 per participant.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a place.
- Payments must be made through the official booking platform or as instructed by GPAA administration.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

- If a participant cancels before **1st July 2025**, a refund of 75% of the course fee will be provided.
- If a participant cancels between **1st July and 15th July 2025**, a refund of 50% of the course fee will be provided.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after **15th July 2025**.
- In exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), refund requests may be considered at the discretion of GPAA management upon submission of valid documentation.

4. Course Changes & Cancellation by GPAA

- GPAA reserves the right to make necessary changes to the Course schedule, faculty, or content without prior notice.
- If the Course is cancelled by GPAA due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to all participants.
- In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), GPAA will assess refund or rescheduling options.

5. Participation & Code of Conduct

- Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and arrive on time.
- Respectful behaviour towards faculty, staff, and fellow participants is required at all times.
- Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the Course without refund.
- Participants must follow all health and safety guidelines as provided by GPAA and The Dang Studios.

6. Liability & Insurance

- GPAA is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the Course.
- Participants (or their guardians) are encouraged to arrange personal insurance if required.

7. Photography & Media Consent

- By enrolling in the Course, participants (or their guardians) grant permission for GPAA to use photographs or videos taken during the Course for promotional purposes.
- If a participant does not wish to be included in media content, they must inform GPAA in writing before the start of the Course.
